We do not share or sell any information you submit to us.

Can I pay over the phone or by mail?

If you wish to email your order and call us with your credit card number, please send us an email and let us know.

How are your oils packaged?

Small bubble bags are used for shipping Essential oils and Blends. Your order will be shipped using USPS.

How is shipping calculated?

Our shipping charges are based on the weight of your order, and where it is being shipped. If you need your order expedited, please contact us.

What is your return policy?

Energetic Aromatics provides the highest quality products to our customers, and we want our customers to love our products as much as we do. However, all essential oils purchased are non-refundable, once opened.

When will my order be processed?

Most orders will be processed and mailed within 24-72 hours of placing your order. Processing of your order does not include shipping time.

How do I know which essential oil is right for me?

You may call or email any questions that you have, and we will get back to you. You may also consider scheduling a personal Aromatherapy Consultation to discuss your individual concerns.

Are essential oils safe for kids?

Essential oils can be used for children. However, we recommend only using essential oils on children above the age of 5, as they and can be harmed by the very concentrated chemical constituents found within the oils. Their bodies are unable to process some essential oils effectively. Hydrosols are safe and wonderful for use on any age of child.

Are essential oils safe for older adults?

Those who have delicate and fragile skin will have more things to be aware of when using essential oils. Be sure to always contact your healthcare provider before using essential oil, as it could have adverse effects if used in conjunction with prescribed medication.

Can your oils be used internally?

At Energetic Aromatics. all the oils we buy are distilled from plants that are either certified organic, organically grown, or wildcrafted. All are grown without the use of chemical pesticides. We have great respect for all methods of use when it comes to essential oils. Proper education is of utmost importance when determining the route of application and usage.

Do you offer free samples of your products?

We do not have samples, but we do carry a 5 mL size of most of our Essential oils and Blends.

What determines the price of an essential oil?

The pricing of essential oils is based on the amount of oil in the plant and how easily the oil can be extracted from the plant.
